Second day at Llandegla done the red route with black loops in an hour and thirty mins (15 min less than last time) I could still go a bit faster as I was held up a bit on first climb.
I had a spot of brunch at the cafe then had another quick lap round the red route without the black bits as Ive never done the full red route I was going to do it fast but ended up stopping to help someone having a bit of a mechanical I like to think when I'm having one of them days someone will stop to help me!
